- Review timely and accurate monthly property financial statements by deadlines established by the Account team.
- Document the resolution of all issues identified in the Manager s/ Client Accountant's review of financial statements.
- Responsible for cash management of assigned clients.
- Maintain all necessary accounting controls within the framework of GAAP and JLL policies.
- Manage the performance and workload of assigned Finance team staff.
- Facilitate ad hoc reporting and other projects as required by manager or client.
- Oversee the client billing processes to ensure proper fee calculation, invoicing, and revenue recognition.
- Calculate Accruals, work with Facility Managers to ensure all accruals are booked
- Variance Analysis & Forecasts and update the commentary
- Assist in the budget process and review the budget from an accounting perspective.
- Review & Submit ASC606
- PSFT Expense approvals
- Ensure that all bank statements are reconciled on a timely basis and follow up on all outstanding checks and reconciling items monthly.
- Provide leadership for the annual client budget and periodic forecast processes.
- Handled difficult client situations and ensured that all special needs were being met
- Assume responsibility for the coordination and organization of year-end audit work and prepare supporting schedules
- Be proactive in keeping the Manager informed of all activities
- Manage all operational/supervisory adhocs and manage Process Hygiene
- Work on implementing Process Improvements and automation with the team
- Work closely with the Accounts Leadership team, Finance Director, Divisional Finance Director and Account director

Employee Specifications
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills with internal and external clients as well as professionals within the department.
- Minimum 8-10 years of Operational/General ledger accounting and Finance experience including Profit & loss analysis, Balance sheet overview, Variance Analysis & Forecasting experience in real estate accounting is a plus
- Strong analytical skills with an attention to detail logical thinking and carry a positive attitude to develop solutions quickly
- Demonstrates professional leadership skills through effective work habits, attitude, inter-personal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively under pressure with multiple and changing priorities.
- High proficiency in excel and/or any real estate-related software.
- Strong knowledge of MS office (MS word, excel, PowerPoint, outlook) required
- Strong Finance background, Commerce graduate + CA preferred.
