Job Description

  • Prepare and analyze financial reports to support business decisions in the FMCG sector.
  • Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling for the organization.
  • Collaborate with various teams to gather and interpret financial data.
  • Monitor key performance indicators and provide actionable insights to management.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls and financial regulations.
  • Support the preparation of presentations for stakeholders and senior management.
  • Identify opportunities for cost optimization and process improvement.
  • Provide support during audits and other financial reviews.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Assistant Manager FP&A should have:

  • Qualified CA with 3 to 8 years of experience
  • A strong understanding of financial planning and analysis in the FMCG industry/Pharma Industry
  • Proficiency in financial modelling and reporting tools.
  • Attention to detail and excellent analytical skills.
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Familiarity with financial compliance and regulations.
