We are inviting applications for the role of Assistant Manager for Automation Specialist, Analytics Team!
We are looking for a professional in designing, developing, and implementing automation solutions that drive business efficiency and productivity. Should have analytical and problem-solving skills.
Work location: Bangalore
Responsibilities:
.Involve in development/testing/enhancement on need basis and deliver the projects as per the expectation from client
.Develop and maintain automation workflows using Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI.
.Create dashboards and reports in Power BI for data visualization and business insights.
.Design and implement Excel-based automation solutions using VBA and advanced formulas.
.Write and maintain basic Python scripts for data processing and automation tasks.
. Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and deliver solutions.
.Troubleshoot and optimize existing automation processes for performance and reliability.
.Basic SQL Knowledge
.Formulate and define system scope and objectives, based on project requirements.

Qualifications
Minimum qualifications
BE/B- Tech, BCA, MCA, BSc/MSc in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Preferred Qualification :
.VBA Programming - MS Excel , MS Access and MS Power Point Skills
.Basic SQL Knowledge
.Microsoft Power Platform - Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate.
.Familiarity with Python/R coding. Using libraries like Pandas, Numpy, Selenium.
.Exposure to RPA tools (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere) is a plus.
.Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
Technical skills: Python, VBA, Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate, Power BI and MS Office (Excel & PPT)
