  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies.
  • Lead a team of staff members, providing guidance on customer service excellence and performance expectations.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 8-13 years of experience in Food & Beverage management in hotels or restaurants.
  • Strong knowledge of beverage service, hotel management principles, QSR concepts, restaurant management practices.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective leadership and teamwork.
  • Ability to analyze data to drive business decisions (e.g., menu planning).
  • Proficiency in using technology for efficient operations (e.g., POS systems).
