Assistant Manager-Financial Planning and Analysis

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the accounting team to execute monthly financial closing activities and ensure accuracy in financial records.
• Prepare monthly profit and loss statements and cash flow reports to monitor financial performance.
• Conduct variance analysis by comparing actual performance with budgets and forecasts, and provide explanations for key deviations.
• Support the preparation of annual financial plans, long-range plans, and periodic financial forecasts.
• Consolidate financial data and present insights to relevant internal stakeholders.
• Perform financial analytics related to subscription revenue and technical spending to support business decisions.
• Assist with cost governance by tracking expenses and identifying opportunities for efficiency.
• Support ad hoc financial projects, analysis requests, and strategic initiatives as required by management.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to gather financial inputs and ensure alignment with business objectives.
