Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate bookkeeping and financial records.
- Assist in finalization of financial statements and support audit processes.
- Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
- Prepare MIS reports and cash flow statements for financial analysis.
- Ensure compliance with Income Tax, TDS, and GST regulations including return filings.
- Draft responses for tax notices and coordinate with authorities when required.
- Oversee payroll processing and ensure compliance with PF, ESI, and PT regulations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- CA / Semi-qualified CA with 3-5 years of relevant experience.
- Strong knowledge of Income Tax, GST, TDS, and payroll compliance.
- Experience with accounting/ERP tools such as Tally or Zoho Books.
- Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, etc.).
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Preferred: Experience handling multiple clients or working in diverse business environments.
