Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate bookkeeping and financial records.
  • Assist in finalization of financial statements and support audit processes.
  • Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
  • Prepare MIS reports and cash flow statements for financial analysis.
  • Ensure compliance with Income Tax, TDS, and GST regulations including return filings.
  • Draft responses for tax notices and coordinate with authorities when required.
  • Oversee payroll processing and ensure compliance with PF, ESI, and PT regulations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • CA / Semi-qualified CA with 3-5 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong knowledge of Income Tax, GST, TDS, and payroll compliance.
  • Experience with accounting/ERP tools such as Tally or Zoho Books.
  • Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, etc.).
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Preferred: Experience handling multiple clients or working in diverse business environments.
