Role Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical finance professional to join our Finance team as an Assistant Manager – Financial Analysis / Finance Executive. The role involves financial planning and analysis, budgeting, MIS reporting, compliance support, audit coordination, and business performance analysis. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills, excellent proficiency in Excel and ERP systems, and a sound understanding of financial regulations and statutory compliances.

Experience: 3+ years of relevant experience in Financial Analysis, Budgeting, and Planning, or related functions.

Responsibilities

• Prepare financial reports, MIS, and financial analysis.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
• Develop financial models and Power BI dashboards.
• Handle data in Tally/ERP systems.
• Conduct financial audits across university campuses.
• Improve financial processes and internal controls.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on finance initiatives.

Travel Requirement
