Job Description

Key Accountabilities

  • Daily and Month-End Close Process: Responsible for the daily and month-end close process within the finance system, including preparing reconciliations, posting journals, generating reports, and resolving queries.
  • Intercompany Accounting: Manage intercompany accounting tasks, including recharges and reconciliations.
  • Fixed Assets Accounting: Handle fixed assets accounting, covering additions, transfers, disposals, and month-end deliverables.
  • Bank Reconciliation: Responsible for bank reconciliation, including journal entries, liquidity reports, cash analysis, and month-end deliverables.
  • General Accounting Transactions: Manage general accounting transactions such as accruals, prepayments, and cost transfers.
  • Balance Sheet Account Reconciliations: Perform balance sheet account reconciliations.
  • Audit Support: Prepare audit schedules for Bank and Fixed Assets and assist auditors with inquiries.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and IFRS standards.
  • Team Supervision: Supervise and guide the accounting team, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
  • Internal and External Audit Support: Provide support for both internal and external audits.
