Job Description

Job Title: Assistant Manager – Finance

Location: Vaishali Nagar, Jaipur

CTC: Up to ₹35,000 per month

Experience: 3–5 Years

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Assistant Manager – Finance to manage day-to-day financial operations, ensure compliance with statutory regulations, and support financial planning and reporting. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in accounting principles, taxation, GST, MIS reporting, and hands-on experience with Tally.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accounting & Bookkeeping:
  • Maintain accurate books of accounts and ensure timely recording of financial transactions
  • Handle journal entries, ledgers, bank reconciliations, and month-end closures
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies
  • GST & Taxation:
  • Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, etc.)
  • Ensure compliance with GST laws and handle reconciliations
  • Manage TDS calculations, filings, and other statutory compliances
  • Coordinate with auditors and tax consultants for assessments and filings
  • MIS & Reporting:
  • Prepare monthly MIS reports and financial dashboards
  • Analyze financial data and provide insights to management
  • Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
  • Tally & Financial Systems:
  • Work extensively on Tally for accounting and reporting
  • Ensure data accuracy and proper documentation in financial systems
  • Compliance & Audit:
  • Assist in internal and external audits
  • Ensure adherence to statutory and regulatory requirements
  • Maintain proper documentation for audit purposes
  • Vendor & Payment Management:
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable processes
  • Ensure timely vendor payments and collections
  • Reconcile vendor and customer accounts

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting (B.Com/M.Com preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of Accounting, GST, Taxation, and MIS reporting
  • Hands-on experience with Tally ERP
  • Good understanding of financial regulations and compliance
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and financial reporting tools
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
