Assistant Manager Finance

About the Role

We are seeking a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 1–2 years of post-qualification experience, preferably from an Audit Firm, and strong expertise in IND AS financial reporting. The role involves handling statutory compliance, audit support, and preparation of financial statements in line with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and finalize IND AS-compliant financial statements (standalone and consolidated)
• Ensure compliance with IND AS, Companies Act, and other applicable regulations
• Lead and support statutory audits, internal audits, and tax audits
• Coordinate with statutory auditors and resolve audit queries
• Review balance sheet schedules, reconciliations, and disclosures
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes
• Analyze financial statements and provide insights to management
• Maintain proper financial documentation and audit trails
• Stay updated with changes in accounting standards and regulatory norms

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (mandatory)
• 1–2 years of post-qualification experience, preferably with a reputed Audit Firm
• Strong working knowledge of IND AS and financial reporting
• Hands-on experience in audit and assurance engagements
• Sound understanding of statutory and regulatory compliance
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Experience

• Currently based in Gurugram
• Experience in handling multiple audit engagements
• Experience in fast-growing organizations or SaaS companies is a plus
• Exposure to corporate accounting and reporting
