Role Overview

We are looking for an Assistant Manager – Finance to manage financial planning, taxation, and reporting for the India entity. The role requires strong expertise in FP&A, compliance, and financial reporting, along with the ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage FP&A activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Handle MIS reporting and provide insights for business decision-making
• Ensure timely preparation and filing of direct and indirect tax returns (GST, TDS, etc.)
• Oversee financial reporting and ensure compliance with statutory requirements
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities
• Coordinate with auditors for internal and statutory audits
• Maintain compliance with local regulatory and financial guidelines
• Drive process improvements and ensure accuracy in financial operations

Qualifications & Experience

• CA with minimum 2 years of post-qualification experience, OR Non-CA (B.Com or equivalent) with 7–10 years of relevant experience
• Strong understanding of FP&A, taxation, and financial reporting
• Experience with MIS, compliance, and audit processes
• Proficiency in Excel and financial tools/ERP systems
• Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills
