Role OverviewWe are looking for an Assistant Manager Finance to join our International Accounting & Finance Team. The role requires strong accounting fundamentals, global finance exposure, and the ability to work in a dynamic, fast-growing environment.
Key Responsibilities1. Financial Accounting & Reporting- Manage full-cycle general ledger accounting and monthly financial closure.
- Prepare P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, and management MIS reports.
- Ensure compliance with IND AS / IFRS for international entities.
- Assist in multi-country financial consolidation.
2. Accounts Payable & Receivable- Oversee vendor invoice processing, approvals, and payments.
- Monitor receivables, ageing, and follow-ups for timely collections.
- Handle TDS, withholding, and tax-related compliance where applicable.
3. Reconciliations- Perform bank, vendor, customer, and intercompany reconciliations.
- Resolve mismatches and support implementation of systematic controls.
4. International Finance Operations- Support finance processes for US, Europe, UAE, Australia, Africa and other regions.
- Coordinate with cross-functional and overseas teams for financial reporting and documentation.
- Assist in adherence to global compliance and audit requirements.
5. Audit & Compliance- Prepare audit schedules for internal, statutory, and group audits.
- Ensure adherence to internal controls, financial policies, and SOPs.
6. Process Improvement- Identify workflow gaps and propose enhancements for efficiency.
- Support automation and introduction of best practices in international finance.
Skills & Competencies- Strong accounting knowledge with hands-on expertise in IND AS / IFRS.
- Experience with ERP systems (Tally Prime ).
- Excellent command of MS Excel (Pivot, VLOOKUP, MIS).
- Good analytical, coordination, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage deadlines.
Preferred Candidate Profile- CA Semi-Qualified / CMA Qualified (mandatory).
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience (excluding articleship).
- Experience in international or multi-entity accounting preferred.
