About Mykhana

Monami Hospitality (Mykhana / Myroomie) is a specialised provider of accommodation services with presence in Bangalore, Chennai and Delhi NCR and corporate catering provider more than 100+ large corporates.

Role

Monami is hiring a hands on Finance Manager to independently own accounting, monthly close, financial reporting, cash flow visibility, and budgeting. The role works closely with founders and business leaders to deliver accurate numbers and actionable insights.

This is an ownership role, not a narrow accounting or data entry position.

Key responsibilities

•⁠ ⁠Manage end to end accounting and books

•⁠ ⁠Close monthly P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow

•⁠ ⁠Reconciliations, journals, ledgers, and controls

•⁠ ⁠Track collections and expenses

•⁠ ⁠Budget vs actuals and variance analysis

•⁠ ⁠MIS and management reporting

•⁠ ⁠Audit and compliance coordination

•⁠ ⁠Improve processes and financial discipline

Requirements

•⁠ ⁠CA / ICWA or CA Inter

•⁠ ⁠6+ years experience

•⁠ ⁠Independent monthly close ownership

•⁠ ⁠Strong Excel and financial modeling

•⁠ ⁠Zoho Books or similar ERP experience

•⁠ ⁠Detail oriented with strong ownership mindset
