Job Description

Manage day-to-day financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accounting standards.
Oversee financial audits and liaise with external auditors.
Prepare financial statements & MIS
Monitor cash flow and ensure efficient financial resource allocation..
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior finance team members.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Assistant Manager - Finance should have:

A degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
Professional qualifications such as CA, CPA, or equivalent (preferred).
Strong knowledge of financial reporting and compliance requirements.
Proficiency in accounting software and financial tools.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
Experience in the retail or jewellery/accessories industry (preferred)
