Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Support the budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes.
  • Maintain general ledger accuracy and ensure timely reconciliations.
  • Handle accounts payable, receivable, and payroll oversight.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements (GST, TDS, Income Tax, etc.).
  • Coordinate with internal and external auditors during audits.
  • Monitor cash flows and working capital management.
  • Review and streamline accounting processes and systems for efficiency.
  • Prepare management reports and financial analysis to support decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on financial planning and cost control.
