We are seeking an Assistant Manager Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) to support business performance across redBus. In this role, you will work with business partners to support them in strategic decision-making through data-backed insights. You will conduct periodic market and competitive research within the OTA ecosystem. A key focus area will be supporting the Annual Operating Plan, periodic budgeting process, and management reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Support in Annual Operating Plan and periodic forecasting across all LOBs of redBus and consolidate financial plans for review
- Analyse performance vs AOP and latest forecasts across key time periods, highlighting leading and lagging KPIs
- Prepare MIS and performance reports and ensure timely circulation to stakeholders for strategic planning and corrective measures
- Track peer-company performance and share comparative views, highlighting key insights identified from the peer review
- Conduct periodic market research on the OTA sector, tracking funding activity, M&A transactions and major strategic development.
