Role Description

Lok Capital is hiring an Assistant Manager Finance for a full-time, on-site role based in Gurgaon, Delhi NCR. The Assistant Manager Finance will oversee financial operations, including processing payments, reconciling accounts, managing budgets and preparing financial statements. Additional responsibilities include analyzing financial data, ensuring regulatory compliance, collaborating with stakeholders, and supporting audits and financial planning.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate and timely accounting for all group entities.  

• Support the management in statutory audit processes. 

• Assist in compliance, filings, and reporting requirements. 

• Support in the preparation of budgets

• Assist in the preparation of periodic MIS reports. 

• Support in the processing of employee reimbursements and vendor payments. 

• Assist in GST filings, TDS returns, and advance tax payments. 

• Liaise with consultants, bankers, and other external vendors. 

• Ensure timely submission of all required reports, returns, and forms. 

• Work towards implementation of a process for maintaining proper documentation and records in line with internal policies and regulatory requirements. 

• Contribute to process improvements in: 

o Document management  

o Data management  

• Undertake any other tasks as assigned by senior team members from time to time. 

The candidate will also play a key role in improving efficiency and accuracy in financial processes while maintaining high standards of integrity and professionalism.

Qualifications & Experience

Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)

2–3 years of relevant experience in finance and accounting

Experience in handling multi-entity, international business operations will be an added advantage

Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting 

Working knowledge of taxation (GST, TDS, Income Tax) 

Proficiency in MS office and accounting  

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills 

Good communication and stakeholder management abilities
