Position: Assistant Manager / Manager Finance

Job Summary:

Manage day-to-day treasury operations for retail stores and HO.

Monitor daily store collections, cash, bank deposits and bank reconciliations.

Manage cash flow, fund planning and daily liquidity requirements.

Coordinate with stores and banks for cash deposits, collections and banking transactions.

Monitor NEFT/RTGS/IMPS, cheque payments and other banking transactions.

Prepare and monitor daily cash & bank position and treasury MIS.

Handle bank reconciliation and identify/reconcile outstanding entries.

Coordinate with banks for bank accounts, payment issues, limits and transaction-related matters.

Monitor store-wise collections and settlement of card/UPI/payment gateway transactions.

Support vendor payments, fund allocation and payment planning.

Ensure proper controls over cash handling and banking processes across retail stores.

Prepare regular cash flow and treasury reports for senior management.

Coordinate with Accounts, Retail Operations and stores to ensure smooth fund movement and timely reconciliation.

Identify opportunities to improve cash management, banking efficiency and working capital.
