Assistant Manager - Finance

About The Role

We are looking for a highly analytical and business-oriented finance professional to join our Business Finance team. This role will partner closely with business leaders to drive financial planning, performance tracking, profitability analysis, and strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate is a qualified Chartered Accountant with strong business acumen and experience in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with business teams to provide financial insights and support strategic decision-making.
• Prepare and analyze monthly business performance reports, KPIs, and management dashboards.
• Drive budgeting, forecasting, annual operating plans, and variance analysis.
• Monitor revenue, costs, margins, and profitability across business units.
• Conduct financial modeling and scenario analysis to support business initiatives and investments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve financial processes and controls.
• Support management reviews with actionable recommendations based on financial performance.
• Identify opportunities for cost optimization and operational efficiency.
• Assist in board, investor, and leadership reporting requirements.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance with internal policies.
  
  

Requirements

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).
• 2–4 years of post-qualification experience in Business Finance, FP&A, Commercial Finance, or related roles.
• Strong financial modeling, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, MIS reporting, and business performance analysis.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools.
• Ability to work with large datasets and derive meaningful business insights.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Prior experience in SaaS, technology, or high-growth startup environments is preferred.
