Key Responsibilities:
Business Partnering and Contract Management:
- Support India Operations Director and Leadership team in financial and operational decision-making, risk mitigation, and costing advice.
- Monitor expenses and debtors, and review financial KPIs.
- Assist with cost-saving projects and risk identification to achieve JLL and client financial targets.
- Support identification, costing, and approval of contract scope changes.
- Coordinate with client Finance on monthly accruals.
- Drive process improvements.
Invoice Payments & Billings:
- Manage vendor payments and ensure compliance with accounts payable/receivable guidelines.
- Coordinate Jones Lang LaSalle invoice processing and accounts receivable monitoring.
- Forecast and manage cash flow.
Reporting, Forecasting & Planning:
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, annual, and ad hoc reports and variance analyses for client and corporate requirements.
- Develop annual budgets and forecasts (three times per year).
Data Management, Policies & Procedures & Audit:
- Ensure data integrity across regional systems and perform periodic audits.
- Maintain proper process and system controls to guarantee transaction integrity.
- Ensure financial accounting and reporting meets audit and quality standards.
- Be proficient in financial systems and capable of extracting accurate data.
Performance Measures:
- Compliance with legislative requirements and client contractual deliverables.
- Achievement of KPIs and client satisfaction above satisfactory levels.
- Meet performance objectives for client service, employee management, self-development, and financial targets.
