Job Role - Assistant Finance Manager
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare comprehensive annual budgets and conduct financial analytics for India and Poland operations
- Execute quarterly accruals and deliver monthly budget vs. actual reporting with detailed variance analysis
- Lead vendor invoice review processes in collaboration with finance executives to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Develop strategic forecasting models to identify cost-saving opportunities and optimize budget performance
- Mentor and guide finance team members, providing coaching on accuracy, error prevention, and best practices
- Support cross-functional initiatives that drive operational efficiency and business growth
- Contribute to JLL's culture of excellence through collaborative leadership and professional integrity
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
- 5-8 years of progressive corporate finance experience with demonstrated expertise in financial analysis and budget management
- Proven hands-on experience in financial domain with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including complex formulas, pivot tables, and data modeling)
- Demonstrated experience with Power BI for financial reporting and data visualization
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to work effectively across diverse, multicultural teams
- Experience in multi-country financial operations and understanding of regional compliance requirements
- Proven track record of team leadership and mentoring with focus on accuracy and continuous improvement
Preferred Qualifications
- Professional accounting certification (CPA, ACCA, CA, or equivalent)
- Experience in real estate, professional services, or similar industry
- Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms)
- Understanding of IFRS and local accounting standards for India and Poland
- Experience with financial process automation and digital transformation initiatives
- Multilingual capabilities (English plus Hindi/Polish preferred)
- Previous experience in budget optimization and cost reduction initiatives
