Qualification

• :Chartered Accountant (CA
• )3–5 years of post-qualification experience in Finance & Accounting

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and execute month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities in compliance with Indian GAAP (IGAAP) and IFRS requirement
• Prepare and review financial reports, reconciliations, and supporting schedules to ensure accurate and timely reporting
• Coordinate and manage statutory audits, tax audits, and transfer pricing (TP) audits, including interactions with Big 4 audit firms and external consultant
• Handle direct and indirect tax assessments, notices, and related compliance matter
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal financial control
• Support financial analysis, reporting, and process improvement initiatives within the R2R function
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve accounting and reporting issues and drive process efficiencies

Skills & Experience

• Strong knowledge of IGAAP, IFRS, financial reporting, and accounting principles
• Hands-on experience with SAP; exposure to Hyperion and Business Intelligence (BI) tools will be an added advantage
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial data analysis
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience working in a multinational or shared services environment will be preferred
