As an Assistant Manager - Reporting, you will play a critical role in ensuring the integrity, quality, and transparency of financial information that supports leaders across the organization.

Based in our India Shared Service Center, you will work at the intersection of financial reporting, governance, audit coordination, and continuous improvement. Your expertise will help strengthen financial controls, enhance reporting processes, and support a global business environment.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Lead financial reporting and close activities across monthly and annual cycles to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant financial results.
  • Review financial statements, reporting packages, and key accounting processes to improve reporting quality and strengthen decision-making.
  • Partner with business stakeholders and controllers to analyze variances, resolve reporting risks, and drive financial performance insights.
  • Coordinate statutory, internal, and external audits while ensuring compliance with reporting standards, governance requirements, and internal controls.
  • Drive reporting and finance transformation initiatives that improve processes, controls, efficiency, and stakeholder experience.

What We're Looking For
  • Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with experience in financial reporting, audit management, and statutory compliance.
  • Strong knowledge of IFRS, Ind AS, financial statement preparation, and internal control frameworks.
  • Experience working with ERP and reporting systems, preferably SAP S/4HANA, in a complex business environment.
  • Advanced analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data, identify risks, and communicate meaningful business insights.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and project leadership skills with the ability to work across functions and geographies.
