Assistant Manager Finance

Job Description:

We are looking for a Chartered Accountant with strong audit/controllership experience to support the finance function in managing accounting operations, financial reporting, internal controls, and audit processes. The role will work closely with the controllership team to ensure accurate financial reporting, compliance with accounting standards, and efficient management of financial processes across entities.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close process ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
2. Prepare and review financial statements including profit & loss account, balance sheet, and cash flow statements.
3. Support/Prepare consolidation of financials across multiple entities where applicable.
4. Monitor and ensure the effectiveness of internal controls to maintain compliance with regulations.
5. Oversee and streamline accounting functions and operations for efficiency and accuracy.
6. Manage financial transactions, ensuring proper documentation and adherence to compliance standards.
7. Coordinate and oversee auditing processes to ensure the accuracy of financial information.

Qualifications:

1. Chartered Accountant (CA) certification.
2. Auditing experience is a plus.
3. In-depth understanding of accounting standards and financial regulations.
4. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Finance management.
