. Strong commercial and business acumen, with the ability to connect financial performance to operational execution, market realities, strategic priorities, and value creation opportunities.
. Experience in cybersecurity, technology, engineering, or other complex project- and solution-based businesses is highly preferred.
. Excellent analytical capability and financial modelling strength, with the ability to synthesise large and complex data sets into concise, decision-useful insights for management.
. Strong communication, presentation, and executive storytelling skills, with the ability to tailor messages effectively for both finance and non-finance stakeholders.
