Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Bogmallo for an Assistant Manager Finance. The role involves overseeing the financial operations of the resort, managing budgets, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, preparing financial reports, assisting in audits, and supporting the senior management with data-driven insights for decision-making. Additionally, the Assistant Manager Finance will collaborate with various departments to ensure the smooth financial management of the property.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in financial management, accounting principles, and budgeting.
  • Experience in preparing financial reports, performing audits, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and present actionable insights.
  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Proficiency in financial software and advanced knowledge of MS Excel.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance,
  • Prior experience in the hospitality industry is preferred.
