Role Objective:
To support and manage the financial operations of foreign subsidiaries by ensuring accurate financial reporting, effective budgeting, and compliance with statutory and audit requirements. The role involves MIS reporting, SAP-based financial management, automation initiatives, and collaboration with auditors to maintain high standards of transparency, efficiency, and governance.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Qualified Chartered Accountant with a minimum of 3 years of post-qualification experience.
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with SAP.
- At least 5 years of experience in MIS reporting and budgeting.
- Minimum 3 years of experience handling finance for foreign subsidiaries.
- Minimum 3 years of experience working with reputed auditors.
- Exposure to finance automation and digital transformation projects.
- Strong educational background in finance.
- Age group: 25 35 years.
- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
- Determined, detail-oriented, and keen to take ownership of responsibilities.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end financial operations of foreign subsidiaries, ensuring compliance with local and international accounting standards.
- Prepare and analyze MIS reports, budgets, and forecasts to support management decision-making.
- Monitor financial performance of subsidiaries and highlight key variances or risks.
- Ensure accurate and timely consolidation of subsidiary accounts.
- Liaise with statutory and internal auditors for audits of foreign subsidiaries.
- Drive process improvements and support automation initiatives in financial reporting.
- Manage SAP-based financial transactions and ensure system accuracy.
- Support treasury operations, foreign exchange exposure management, and inter-company reconciliations.
- Ensure adherence to internal controls, statutory requirements, and corporate governance policies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for budgeting, compliance, and strategic initiatives.
Functional Skills Required
- Strong knowledge of financial accounting, consolidation, and reporting.
- Expertise in SAP (Finance & Controlling modules).
- Proficiency in MIS reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Understanding of international accounting standards and foreign subsidiary operations.
- Experience in working with auditors and handling audit queries.
- Knowledge of automation tools and financial process improvements.
