Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Financial Reporting Associate, based in Pune. The Financial Reporting Associate will be responsible for preparing and reviewing financial statements, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, and analyzing financial data to support decision-making. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with finance teams to maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and contributing to process improvements within financial reporting operations.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Financial Statements and Financial Reporting
• Strong Analytical Skills for data evaluation and problem-solving
• Solid understanding of Finance concepts and practices
• Effective Communication skills for clear interaction with colleagues and stakeholders
• Highly detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software tools
• Knowledge of relevant regulatory frameworks and compliance standards along with IndAS or IFRS
