Department: Finance
Reporting To: Finance Manager / VP Finance
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle day-to-day accounting and finance operations.
- Manage account reconciliations including vendor, customer, bank, and ledger reconciliations.
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory regulations.
- Prepare and review GST returns, TDS workings, and tax reconciliations.
- Coordinate with auditors for statutory, internal, and tax audits.
- Analyze financial data and prepare MIS reports for management review.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of accounting entries in ERP systems.
- Assist in identifying and resolving discrepancies in financial records.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams for smooth finance operations and compliance adherence.
Requirements
- Qualified CA Fresher – Maximum 2 attempts.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, taxation, and reconciliations.
- Good knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
- Hands-on exposure to ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Tally, etc.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail with good communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Preferred Skills
- Internship/articleship exposure in FMCG, Manufacturing, or related industries.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and financial reporting.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.
- Strong ownership mindset and willingness to learn.
