Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager - Finance & Accounting based in Bengaluru. The role involves preparing and analyzing financial statements, managing budgets, and ensuring accurate financial reporting. The person will also be responsible for overseeing financial operations, contributing to financial planning initiatives, and supporting decision-making with thorough analytical insights. Collaboration with the Founders, cross-functional teams and ensure compliance with financial regulations will be key components of the role.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in preparing and analyzing Financial Statements with a strong foundation in Finance principles
  • Strong Analytical Skills to interpret financial data and provide actionable insights
  • Experience in Financial Reporting and understanding of compliance standards
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
  • Prior experience in a financial management role preferred
  • Proficiency in financial software and tools
