Assistant Manager Finance Account

We are seeking a Manager/ AM Finance and Accounts for a funded AI SaaS.

Job Profile:

Manage day-to-day accounting and financial activities

Prepare MIS reports, financial statements, and management reports

Handle reconciliations, journal entries, and month-end closing activities

Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis

Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, taxation, GST, TDS, and audits

Coordinate with internal teams, auditors, and external stakeholders

Maintain accurate financial records and documentation

Identify process improvement opportunities and support automation initiatives

Manager Finance and Accounts Requirements:

Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)

1 to 4 years of relevant experience in Finance & Accounts

Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and compliance

Advanced Excel skills are mandatory

Good analytical and problem-solving skills

Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently

Good communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Skills

Experience with ERP/accounting tools

Ability to handle large datasets and financial reporting

Strong ownership and willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
