Looking for 2 - 5 years of experienced CMA professional for our chemical manufacturing plant located at Berigai, Hosur.

Qualification : CMA qualified

Experience: 2–5 Years

Industry: Chemical Manufacturing

Location: Berigai

Role Purpose:

To support financial planning, cost control, and performance analysis of the manufacturing operations, ensuring accurate cost tracking and driving efficiency improvements in the plant.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and analyze product costing, including raw materials, utilities, and overheads

Prepare and review standard costing and variance analysis (material, labor, overhead)

Track production costs and identify cost optimization opportunities

Support monthly closing activities related to plant finance

Assist in budgeting and forecasting for manufacturing operations

Analyze inventory valuation, WIP, and stock reconciliation

Ensure compliance with cost accounting standards and internal policies

Work closely with production, procurement, and supply chain teams for cost control

Prepare MIS reports on plant performance, cost trends, and profitability

Support internal and external audits (cost audit, statutory audit)

Monitor capex and project costing for plant expansion or improvements

Key Skills & Competencies:

Strong knowledge of cost accounting and variance analysis

Understanding of process manufacturing / chemical industry costing

Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems (SAP preferred)

Analytical mindset with attention to detail

Good communication and stakeholder coordination skills

Ability to work in a plant environment

Preferred Experience:

Exposure to chemical, pharma, or process industry

Experience in plant finance or manufacturing setup
