Role OverviewWe are looking for a proactive, self-drivenAssistant Manager Field Operationsto join our Mumbai team. This role is crucial to driving Allo Healths growth through on-ground operations, doctor relationship management, local marketing campaigns, and clinic support. The ideal candidate should have solid field experience, be Mumbai-based, and comfortable with frequent local travel.
Key Responsibilities
Team & Operational Management
- Lead and support the ground team, fostering a collaborative and growth-focused culture.
- Assign tasks, track performance, and manage KPIs for operational efficiency.
- Support hiring, onboarding, and training of field team members.
Doctor & Clinic Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with doctors and clinical partners.
- Manage schedules, ensure service quality, and handle escalations or feedback loops.
- Ensure adherence to Allos clinical and operational protocols.
Branding & On-Ground Marketing
- Execute offline and hyperlocal marketing campaigns across Mumbai.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to deploy brand-aligned collaterals in the field.
- Organize and represent Allo Health at relevant events, seminars, and health forums.
Business Growth & Expansion
- Identify new market pockets or clinics for expansion and partnership.
- Conduct competitor research and field-level insights to support strategic planning.
- Assist leadership in executing growth initiatives aligned with Allos mission.
Operations Support
- Ensure smooth day-to-day clinic operations and address on-ground challenges.
- Optimize field processes for scale, efficiency, and quality.
- Travel regularly across Mumbai to ensure active field presence and execution.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business, Healthcare, Marketing, or related fields (MBA preferred).
- 15 years of hands-on field experiencein healthcare, wellness, startups, or B2C operations.
- Must be currently based in Mumbaiand well-versed with city geography.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving license are mandatoryfor local travel.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Passionate about healthcare innovation and community impact.
