Role Purpose

The role is responsible to assist in the management of services, equipment and processes to support the effective running of the business premises and support to strategically ensure most effective use of resources in alignment with the organizational and functional objectives.

Role Accountability

  1. Support in management of all premises in each location, to ensure that the Premises are maintained as per standards derived including lighting, heating, air conditioning and ventilation systems
  2. Provide EHS guidance and compliance support to site facility managers to ensure compliance with regulatory and program requirements
  3. Support operational functions like 24.7 helpdesk, site Maintenance, cab allocations, tracking, vehicle compliance, billing & audit, transport safety & security management. (as/when applicable)
  4. Support Employee engagement and organization level activities and events to ensure employee connect
  5. Measure performance of the business partners as per the SLA and ensure agreement are robust and Task oriented with clear cut Deliverables defined & initiate action if any lapse
  6. Support in management of annual operating budgets, actively manage cost control initiatives
  7. Support in audit of fixed assets and other site compliance audits at the designated locations
  8. Support new projects for upcoming sites for each location, starting with new Site selections, getting the best suitable and optimized layout, management of refurbishment & construction work at site
  9. Support invoice management process at respective locations
  10. Support the implementation of security policies, protocols and procedures, review reports on incidents and breaches, create reports for management on security status
  11. Track all PR, PO and closure within timeline
  12. Maintain all process documentation practices in compliance with the process guidelines

Measures of Success

  1. Adherence to scope & timelines
  2. Zero defects on Regulatory/EHS/Local laws and regulations
  3. Zero escalation from stakeholders
  4. Score in yearly VOC
  5. Timely and accurate updation of process documentation
  6. Process Adherence as per MOU

Technical Skills / Experience / Certifications

  1. Understanding of local regulatory requirements (legal/Compliance) with regards to Facilities, Infrastructure and Manpower management
  2. Knowledge of construction safety standards and standard EHS guidelines, National Building Code, local laws and regulations, etc.
  3. Desirable - PMP or equivalent Project Management certification

Qualification

Graduate in any discipline from a recognized University
