Assistant Manager - F&E Project

Key Deliverables

1. Lead end-to-end program design and execution to improve fulfillment experience and operational metrics.
2. Drive data-informed decision-making and influence product enhancements for logistics (Valmo).
3. Collaborate with product, analytics, finance, and ops to solve complex fulfillment challenges.
4. Manage stakeholder engagement and program adherence with internal/external teams.

Role Responsibilities

1. Use first principles thinking to tackle ambiguous logistics problems at scale.
2. Track experience metrics for marketplace participants and proactively address gaps.
3. Partner with leadership to drive strategic initiatives within the F&E charter.
4. Navigate across business verticals to ensure cross-functional program success.
