Job Description
- Manage daily financial operations of the F&B department, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, opportunities for cost savings, and areas for improvement
- Develop and implement effective cost control measures across F&B outlets
- Oversee inventory management and conduct regular audits to minimize waste and optimize stock levels
- Prepare and present detailed financial reports to senior management
- Collaborate with department heads to establish and monitor budgets
- Ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures, and regulations
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial operations
- Train and mentor junior staff in financial management practices.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Oral and written fluency in English
- Minimum 2 years of F&B Financial management experience preferred
