Job Purpose:To drive export sales and market growth for the company's FMCG brands by managing existing international markets, developing new territories, and leading a sales team to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:1. Sales & Business Development- Achieve sales targets and growth objectives in assigned export markets.
- Develop and implement strategic business plans to penetrate new international markets.
- Identify and onboard new distributors, importers, and strategic partners.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business and long-term partnerships.
2. Market Expansion & Analysis- Conduct market research to identify emerging opportunities and competitive trends.
- Develop market entry strategies for new geographies in line with company goals.
- Monitor pricing, product positioning, and promotional activities in each market.
3. Team Leadership- Lead, motivate, and guide a team of export executives or coordinators.
- Monitor team performance, set KPIs, and ensure timely achievement of objectives.
- Provide training and development support to enhance team capabilities.
4. Sales Operations & Coordination- Coordinate with supply chain, logistics, finance, and production teams to ensure smooth order execution and timely delivery.
- Oversee export documentation, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
- Track receivables and ensure adherence to payment terms.
5. Reporting & Performance Monitoring- Prepare and present monthly sales reports, forecasts, and market performance updates to management.
- Analyze sales data to identify gaps and recommend corrective actions.
Key Skills & Competencies:- Proven experience in export sales within the FMCG sector (Food, Beverages, Personal Care, etc.).

Educational Qualification:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or International Trade (MBA preferred).
