Job Description

Essential Function

  • Develop and maintain automated reports to support PMO and leadership decision-making.
  • Create high-quality presentations, performance reviews, and visual summaries for leadership forums.
  • Manage OTL (time sheet governance), ensuring on-time submissions, tracking, and reporting.
  • Maintain PMO trackers including demand, headcount, hiring status, onboarding progress, and training compliance.
  • Generate weekly/monthly MIS, portfolio health summaries, and operational insights for leadership.
  • Support PMO with risk, issue, action, and dependency logs, ensuring accuracy and version control.
  • Coordinate with Tech, HR, Finance, and Delivery teams for data consolidation and reporting.
  • Use GenAI tools (Copilot, ChatGPT) to accelerate report creation, documentation, and meeting summaries.
  • Support leadership with structured analytics for planning, capacity views, resource utilization, and operational forecasting.
  • Maintain PMO SharePoint spaces, documentation repositories, SOPs, and standardized templates.
  • Facilitate governance routines, meeting preparations, schedules, and structured follow-ups.
  • Ensure data integrity, documentation hygiene, and consistent PMO standards across IPS..
