Executive / AM Technical Support (Drives & Automation)
About the Role
We are seeking enthusiastic and driven candidates to join our Technical Support team. You will be responsible for handling Drives & Automation product Application development/outdoor repair/Service/commissioning/installation activities and working within our sales departments. The role requires a proactive approach to building relationships and providing reliable solutions directly to our customers.
Role Location: Chakan
Responsibilities
- Service visit to customer site for commissioning of inverters.
- On line (Thro. Telephonic conversation) service support to customers / branch engineers on service / Commissioning of electronics.
- Onsite service of SEW's electronics products and resolving the complete problem in time.
- Maintaining Service documentation for all Service conducted.
- First line of contact for Germany on information related to application & technical support of electronics products (Jointly Manager D&A).
- Application engineering Developing new application's for complete drive management-(jointly Manager D&A).
- Assisting the repair department on Critical issue/ crisis situation.
- Technical support for switching cabinets through local vendors according to the customer requirement.
- Maintain the Service center and all the required tools, tackles, equipment in good working condition and timely maintenance/ calibration of the same.
- Training on & off the customer site and SEW employees on service and application development.
- Maintenance of Quality Manual System
Qualifications
- Education: BE/B.Tech - Electrical / Electronics / Mechatronics from reputed institute. (Other branches, please excuse)
- Experience: 2 to 5 years in field service role handling VFD, PLC, Servo Motors
- Essential Skills: Communication & Presentation Skills, Customer Relationship Management, Repairing Skills, Trouble Shooting Skills
