Assistant Manager / Executive – Sales End User
About the Role
We are seeking enthusiastic and driven candidates to join our Sales End user team. You will be responsible for handling incoming sales enquiries for Life cycle service (spare sparts, AMC's, PHC's etc) and working within our sales departments. The role requires a proactive approach to building relationships and providing reliable solutions directly to our customers.
Role Locations: Punjab
Responsibilities
- Building the SEW & LCS brand and value proposition in the market
- Achieving sales targets to EU customers for the products & services assigned
- Collection of payment, receivables and statutory forms
- Coordinating with OFD and Service Dept to complete service jobs and spares supply.
- Passing of sales information for full units sales to the sales team.
- Managing and developing relationships with customers
- Forecasting and reporting of sales, trends and competitor activities
- Submission of all travel and other claims in a timely manner
- Responsible to maintain documents and records as per QMS procedure of the department
Qualifications
- Education: Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical engineering from reputed institute.
- Experience: 2+ years in direct selling of spares and service sales to EU customers.
- Essential Skills: Customer Relationship Management, Communication & Presentation Skills, Negotiation Skills
