Role Overview
Accelerate B2B enterprise growth by shaping the future of workforce transformation. In this strategic commercial role, you will build executive-level partnerships with HR decision-makers and C-suite leaders to solve complex capability gaps.
You will consult on and secure premier learning solutions across cutting-edge domains-including AI & Digital Transformation, Strategic Leadership, Analytics, and Executive Coaching. We are seeking a solution-oriented commercial leader who combines executive presence and business acumen with the credibility to drive multi-year corporate partnerships.
Core Responsibilities
1. Solution Scoping & Enterprise Packaging (Primary Focus)
Client Needs Analysis: Lead diagnostic meetings with HR Directors and L&D Managers to identify organizational performance gaps and training objectives.
Customize & Package Solutions: Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and Faculty to tailor masterclasses, executive cohorts, and custom in-house programs.
High-Impact Proposals: Draft, price, and present structured, ROI-focused commercial proposals that align client objectives with Aventis's learning solutions and funding frameworks (e.g., IBF / SkillsFuture).
2. Business Development & Revenue Growth
Account Acquisition: Proactively prospect and engage mid-to-large enterprise accounts, converting inbound inquiries and warm leads into active corporate accounts.
Full Sales Cycle Management: Oversee complex B2B sales cycles from initial discovery and proposal presentation to contract negotiation and closing.
Quota Ownership: Consistently meet or exceed individual quarterly and annual revenue targets across custom in-house runs and open-enrollment executive series.
3. Strategic Account Management & Retention
Client Advisory: Serve as a primary account partner, building long-term relationships to convert single-run bookings into annual corporate learning roadmaps.
Account Expansion: Maximize account lifetime value through upsells, cross-departmental referrals, and contract renewals.
4. Operations & Pipeline Governance
Cross-Functional Coordination: Ensure seamless transition from commercial closing to program operations and trainer delivery.
Pipeline Forecasting: Maintain strict CRM discipline, managing lead progression, deal velocity, and accurate monthly revenue forecasting.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Annual Revenue Quota: Consistent achievement of individual target revenue across custom and high-value executive programs.
Enterprise Conversion Rate: Strong proposal-to-close ratio on mid-to-large corporate accounts.
Account Retention & Expansion: High repeat-booking rate and multi-run contract growth from key corporate clients.
Pipeline Health: Healthy deal velocity, proactive outreach activity, and accurate CRM forecasting.
Requirements & Key Competencies
Professional Experience: Minimum 5 years of successful B2B consultative sales, business development, or key account management experience within Executive Education, Corporate L&D, Higher Education, or Management Consulting.
Solution Selling Expertise: Proven track record of qualifying complex business needs, packaging corporate training solutions, and closing high-value B2B deals.
Stakeholder Engagement: Excellent pitch presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with demonstrated confidence engaging HR Leaders and Senior Managers.
Funding & L&D Knowledge: Familiarity with corporate training frameworks, L&D metrics, and Singapore government subsidies (e.g., IBF/SkillsFuture) is highly advantageous.
Education Background: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Human Resources, Marketing, or a related field.
