Job Summary
In this individual contributor role, you will work with the customers
and agency planners to establish long-term partnerships for advertisers
within a designated industry. You will own revenue targets for key
accounts and utilise your understanding of market dynamics, and TV ad
inventories to create value for your clients
Key Responsibilities
● You will be Jiostar's ambassador in the market for the accounts you own.
You will be expected to understand India's DTV ecosystem, stay abreast
with industry trends and innovations, along with establishing and
demonstrating an understanding of JioStar's ad solutions and capabilities
● You will be expected to maintain a healthy sales pipeline on a regular
basis; be proactive in highlighting any roadblocks and maintain high
standards in sales processes
● You will be expected to manage all stakeholder relationships end to end
with minimum supervision
● Acting as an advisor on brand solutions in a strategic way and drive
business
● You will also be focusing on deeper client interactions to drive case
studies, client interviews, executing joint business plans & maintaining
monthly run rates etc.
● You will work closely with the cross functional ads revenue team for the
conceptualization & execution of all deals for your accounts
Skills & Attributes for success
• Preferably experience from Ad sales background in TV who has
worked in this market and has connected with key clients and
agencies
• Understanding Key account management principles/consultative
selling
• Should be both a category & a brand builder with a strong ability to
drive and achieve sales targets
• Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
• Comfort to use data and analytics while building on client
conversations at deal level
• Ability to leverage relationships, build a strong network, and have
effective negotiations, and utilizing these to drive new business
• Persistence to drive sales from exploration to deal closures
Preferred Education & Experience
Graduate/ post graduate with 5+ years of experience in sales, business
development, account management and client relationship management
with an understanding of digital sales background
