Role Description

We are looking for a full-time Carrier Relationship Manager to join our on-site team in Gurugram. This role involves building and nurturing relationships with telecom operators to secure partnerships and ensure seamless business operations. Responsibilities include managing carrier accounts, negotiating contracts, monitoring traffic performance, and identifying new opportunities for collaboration. The role also requires maintaining compliance with industry standards and ensuring cost-effective service delivery. Collaboration with internal sales, operations, and technical teams will be crucial to fulfill business objectives.

Qualifications

  • Strong relationship management and negotiation skills to build and maintain partnerships with telecom operators
  • Experience in account management, contract negotiation, and traffic monitoring
  • Understanding of A2P messaging, telecom industry trends, and regulatory compliance
  • Excellent analytical skills with an ability to work with traffic performance data and optimize operational efficiency
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills to coordinate with cross-functional teams
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and data-driven decision-making is an advantage
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Telecommunications, or a related field; MBA is a plus
  • Prior experience in a similar role within the telecommunications or messaging industry is preferred
