Role : Assistant Manager – Enterprise Sales (Corporate Learning & Upskilling)

Location: Mumbai ( Borivali East)

Working Days- 5

We are looking for a driven Assistant Manager – Enterprise Sales with 4–6 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or enterprise sales. The ideal candidate will have exposure to EdTech, L&D, HRTech, SaaS, or enterprise solutions and a passion for learning and talent transformation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate and convert enterprise sales opportunities.
  • Build relationships with HR, L&D, and business leaders.
  • Understand client learning and upskilling needs and recommend suitable solutions.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closure.
  • Achieve revenue and business development targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for seamless client onboarding and account growth.

Requirements:

  • 4–6 years of experience in B2B/Enterprise Sales.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience in EdTech, HRTech, SaaS, or corporate learning solutions preferred.
