Role Overview:
We are looking for an
Assistant Manager – Email Marketing Operations to own and scale our global B2B email marketing programs. This role goes beyond campaign execution—you will be responsible for designing
end-to-end email automation systems, optimizing
email deliverability and domain health, and build data and AI informed
high-performing nurture engines that convert cold leads into warm, sales-ready opportunities.
You will play a critical role in translating demand generation strategies into executable, measurable email programs while partnering closely with regional marketing, sales, and operations stakeholders.
The ideal candidate is comfortable leveraging
AI capabilities within marketing platforms and tools to enhance targeting, personalization, testing, insight generation, and operational efficiency—while maintaining strong governance and human judgment.

Key Responsibilities:
Email Campaign & Program Management
- Develop, implement, and manage high-quality B2B email acquisition, nurture, and engagement programs across marketing automation platforms.
- Own email campaigns end-to-end—from planning and audience targeting to build, execution, QA, and post-campaign analysis.
- Manage and optimize email calendars, workflows, and campaign dependencies across regions.
Marketing Automation & Lead Nurturing
- Design, build, and optimize lead nurturing programs to accelerate prospect movement through the demand generation funnel.
- Build scalable automation frameworks including trigger-based emails, drip programs, lifecycle communications, and re-engagement flows.
- Support and execute B2B outreach cadences and ABM programs in collaboration with demand gen team.
Deliverability, Testing & Optimization
- Monitor and improve email deliverability, sender reputation, and domain health.
- Plan, execute, and analyze A/B tests and conversion experiments across subject lines, content, CTAs, and timing.
- Continuously optimize performance to improve open rates, CTRs, lead quality, and conversion rates.
Analytics & Reporting
- Define, track, and report on key performance metrics including engagement rates, conversion rates, funnel velocity, and account engagement.
- Build dashboards and reports that move beyond vanity metrics, using AI-assisted analysis to surface actionable insights.
- Analyze campaign and behavioral data to generate actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Partner closely with regional marketing teams, demand gen, and operations to align strategies and execution.
- Communicate performance insights, optimization strategies, and AI-driven learnings in a clear, business-focused manner.

Experience & Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience executing and managing B2B email marketing programs.
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms and CRMs (HubSpot strongly preferred).
- Solid understanding of marketing automation, demand generation, and lead lifecycle management.
- Proven track record of delivering high-performing demand generation and nurture campaigns.
- Experience managing B2B outreach cadences, nurture flows, and/or ABM campaigns.
- Demonstrated experience moving prospects across all stages of the marketing funnel.
- Exposure to or hands-on use of AI-powered marketing features or tools within email, automation, analytics, or content workflows.
Nice-to-Have
- Experience supporting global or regional marketing teams.
- Experience using predictive lead scoring, AI-powered segmentation, or send-time optimization.
- Exposure to deliverability tools, domain warm-up practices, or inbox placement monitoring.
- Familiarity with marketing analytics dashboards and attribution concepts.
- Working knowledge of HTML/CSS with experience designing and editing responsive email templates.
