Key area: Maintenance, Plant Engineering, Safety, and compliance

Main responsibilities:

Responsible for Maintenance, Safety and Plant Engineering activities including all facilities in the company. Responsible for uptime of all these resources.

Diagnose and resolve complex electrical problems, including issues with PLCs, Drive,

Power & control circuit etc.

Perform routine, preventive, and breakdown maintenance on electrical equipment such as switchgear, motors, transformers, compressor, HVAC, DG, UPS and protection relays.

Align with departmental maintenance objectives and KRA for each function and align the team to ensure timely and effective completion.

Responsible for driving Preventive & Predictive maintenance

Improve Plant MTBF, Reduce MTTR and Break down.

Responsible for departmental related statutory compliance requirement.

Conservation of energy, water and driving sustainability initiatives.

Worked on ISO standards, including QMS, EnMS, OHSAS, and related standards.

Knowledgeable in purchase requisition (PR) and purchase order (PO) processes, including spare parts procurement.

Critical spare parts management.

Plant & implement AMC for critical and utility equipment's.

Education- B.E (EEE/ECE)

Experience- 4 to 6 years of experience in manufacturing Units.
