ASSISTANT MANAGER – ELECTRICAL & MECHANICAL

Location: Athimarathuvalasu, Rajampatti, Palani

Salary: 30,000 – 50,000/month

Job Type: Full-time | On-site

Experience: 5–10 Years

We are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager – Electrical & Mechanical to manage and maintain electrical, mechanical and utility systems in our poultry processing facility.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and supervise preventive & breakdown maintenance

• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical equipment

• Maintain motors, panels, MCCs, pumps, compressors, conveyors, refrigeration and plant utilities

• Ensure minimum equipment downtime and smooth production operations

• Lead and manage maintenance technicians

• Coordinate with Production and other departments

• Manage vendors, service engineers and maintenance activities

• Ensure electrical, mechanical and workplace safety compliance

• Maintain maintenance records and support plant improvement projects

• Monitor energy efficiency and implement improvement measures

Qualification & Skills

• B.E./B.Tech / Diploma / DEE – Electrical / Electrical & Electronics / Mechanical Engineering

• 5–10 years of relevant industrial maintenance experience

• Strong knowledge of electrical systems and mechanical maintenance

• Experience in food processing / poultry / manufacturing industry preferred

• Good troubleshooting, team leadership and communication skills

• Knowledge of industrial safety and statutory compliance

• Basic MS Office knowledge
