Key ResponsibilitiesProduct Strategy & Vision
Define and articulate the product vision and roadmap aligned with business goals
Identify market opportunities in the EdTech ecosystem (courses, certifications, skill programs, etc.)
Develop strategies for aggregation, discovery, and personalization of educational offerings
Product Development
Own the product lifecycle from ideation to launch and iteration
Write clear PRDs (Product Requirement Documents), user stories, and acceptance criteria
Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and data teams to deliver high-quality features
User Experience & Growth
Build seamless user journeys for learners, educators, and partners

Qualifications
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
4–8 years of experience in product management (preferably in EdTech, marketplaces, or SaaS platforms)
Proven experience building or managing digital platforms or aggregators
Strong understanding of product frameworks, agile methodologies, and UX principles
Key Skills & Competencies
Product thinking with strong problem-solving ability
Data-driven decision-making
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Understanding of EdTech trends (online learning, upskilling, certifications, outcomes-based education)
Experience with tools like Jira, Figma, Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or similar
