Job Description

  1. Listing Management:Checking listings for accuracy of data and design before launch
  2. Price Management:Check price list of all new products being launched for every platform
  3. Purchase Order (PO) Management:Negotiating with platforms to maximize billing for the platform and company revenue
  4. Inventory Management:Actively manage and optimize instock levels to meet customer demand while minimizing stockouts and overstock situations
  5. MIS and Reporting:Creating scenario planning dashboards to analyze price point vs margin analysis
  6. Marketing Campaigns:Design strategies for the platform marketing team based on pricing strategy, product lifecycle and liquidation, margins per product
  7. Recommendations and Strategy:Provide recommendations for product assortment, pricing strategies, and inventory management
  8. Industry Awareness:Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in e-commerce analytics. New tech coming to the categories they are handling.
  9. Design Collaboration:Create tasks for the analysts to execute all design requirements for new products, existing products improvements
  10. Event Planning and Negotiation:Planning event prices and margin negotiations with platforms
  11. Post Sale Discounting Re-concilliation:calculate post supply discount / CCogs for platform before 31st of every month
  12. Competition Analysis:Analyze new products being launched by competition, including specs, price points, reviews to recommend new products or upgrades to existing products
  13. Review Analysis and ORM Management:Analyze product reviews and work with the team lead to optimize working for the ORM team, adjust demand and pricing based on review trends
  14. Financial Reconciliation:Work with the finance team to reconcile payments, ensure cases are raised for shortages raised by platforms
  15. HR and Hiring:Hiring for open positions in their team, working with the TA team to post JDs, shortlist profiles, work with the team lead to get budget approvals and execute the hiring drive

Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in in Business, Marketing, Analytics, or a related field.
  • 3-4 years of experience in e-commerce operations, product management, or analytics.
  • Strong analytical, negotiation & vendor management skills
  • Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, Data Management
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
