Position Summary:
We are looking for an Assistant Manager – E-commerce & Quick Commerce who is proactive, analytical, and capable of independently managing marketplace operations, driving growth initiatives, optimizing platform performance, and taking ownership of onboarding new online sales channels. The role will be responsible for end-to-end operations across e-commerce marketplaces and quick commerce platforms, including sales growth, profitability, visibility, conversion, inventory availability, campaign execution, listing hygiene, reporting, and cross-functional coordination.
Key Responsibility Areas
1. E-commerce Marketplace Management
Manage end-to-end operations across Amazon Seller Central, Nykaa, FirstCry, and other marketplace channels.
Own marketplace performance across sales growth, profitability, visibility, conversion, and customer experience.
Manage product listings, catalog creation, content optimization, images, A+ content, keywords, pricing, and assortment planning.
Ensure listing hygiene, account health, platform compliance, and timely resolution of marketplace related issues.
Coordinate with internal teams for product launches, catalog updates, pricing changes, and platform requirements. Support onboarding and ownership of new online sales channels.
2. Amazon Seller Central Operations
Take complete ownership of Amazon Seller Central operations.
Create and manage FBA shipments, replenishment planning, shipment tracking, and inventory reconciliation.
Execute Amazon promotions including Coupons, Deals, Lightning Deals, Best Deals, and Brand Day activations.
Plan and execute key Amazon events such as Prime Day, Great Indian Festival, and category-led promotional events.
Monitor account health, suppressed listings, stranded inventory, reimbursements, and compliance metrics.
Coordinate with Amazon account managers and support teams for issue resolution and growth initiatives.
3. Quick Commerce Management
Manage day-to-day operations across Blinkit, Swiggy Instamart, Zepto, and future Quick Commerce platforms.
Ensure product availability, dark-store fill rates, and inventory replenishment across Qcommerce partners.
Monitor stock health, ageing inventory, replenishment cycles, out-of-stock situations, and city/SKU level performance.
Work with platform teams to improve assortment visibility, availability, and sales performance.
Manage platform promotions, campaigns, visibility packages, and new product launches.
Coordinate with supply chain and warehouse teams to ensure timely stock movement and replenishment.
4. Reporting & Performance Tracking
Prepare weekly and monthly reports on sales, profitability, inventory, campaigns, availability, claims, and platform performance.
Track KPIs including sales, margin, conversion, AOV, OOS, fill rate, returns, cancellations, deductions, and inventory health.
Identify shortfalls, growth opportunities, and corrective actions through data analysis.
Share actionable insights with management and escalate critical business issues for timely closure.
Qualification & Experience
o Education: Graduation from any discipline
o Professional Certifications: Amazon Advertising and Google Analytics certifications is good to have o Experience: 5 – 7 years

Functional
o Strong understanding of Amazon Seller/Vendor Central and quick commerce platform operations.
o Experience in listing optimization, campaign execution, inventory planning, pricing, claims, and performance tracking. o Knowledge of quick commerce availability, dark-store replenishment, fill rate, and OOS tracking.
o Strong Excel and analytical reporting skills. o Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving ability. o Self-driven, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
